Peter Hantman is Chief Executive Officer at Tungsten Automation, tasked with accelerating the global growth of the company. Before joining Tungsten Automation, Peter was COO at e2open, a renowned SaaS supply chain management company, where he contributed significantly to the company’s organic and inorganic growth. Prior to COO, Peter served as e2open’s CFO, enhancing the company's profitability and capacity for acquisitions. He is committed to accelerating Tungsten Automation’s growth and market leadership through teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence. Peter holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Reynolds was named CEO of Tungsten Automation in November 2007 and served in that capacity for over 17 years until July 2025. During that period he affected strategic changes and acquisitions leading to significant growth in revenues and EBITDA, and created $4.75 billion of shareholder value through four sales of the company. Prior to Tungsten Automation, he co-founded and was CEO of Captiva Software Corporation, a leading provider of input management software and services and NASDAQ listed company that was acquired by EMC Corporation in December 2005. Reynolds was previously CEO of Unibase Systems, Inc., a private company that revolutionized the data entry market by providing software and systems on industry standard, open platforms. Prior to that, he was a co-founder and CFO of Covalent Systems Corporation, a venture capital funded, privately held company that was a leading provider of data collection and production management systems for commercial and in-plant print shops. Previously he also served as CFO of Fafco, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company that was a leading provider of solar heat exchangers, and as a CPA with Price Waterhouse. He is a recognized industry spokesperson and has been honored as an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2003 and named a Director of the Year by the Corporate Directors Forum in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Robert Watson is Chief Financial Officer at Tungsten Automation, responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization, including financial strategy, planning, reporting, and capital structure. He brings nearly 25 years of experience across software, SaaS, and tech-enabled services, with a track record of driving performance, building high-impact teams, and creating value in both public and private equity-backed companies. Most recently, Robert was a senior finance leader at athenahealth, a leading healthcare technology platform, and most recently served as the Interim CFO. He has also held leadership positions at Rackspace Technology, Cinemark, and Hewlett Packard. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mike Verdeyen serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tungsten Automation, where he oversees all technology-related functions across the company, including research and development, information technology, cloud services, compliance, and information security. Appointed to this newly created role, Mike is responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy and fostering collaboration among teams to drive innovation and business value for Tungsten’s global customer base.
With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, Mike has held senior positions at several prominent enterprise software companies. His career includes impactful roles at RedPrairie (now Blue Yonder), Iptor, Aptos Retail, and most recently, e2open, where he gained a reputation for building high-performance teams and delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
Mike’s extensive background in both technology and business operations enables him to effectively bridge the gap between different functions, driving efficiencies and reducing friction across the organization. His leadership will play a critical role in advancing Tungsten Automation’s mission to provide cutting-edge workflow automation solutions that meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Danielle Weinblatt is the Chief Product Officer at Tungsten Automation and comes with deep expertise in enterprise software. Danielle most recently served as Chief Product Officer at SAP Taulia, where she led major initiatives including Taulia’s cloud-native integration into SAP Cloud ERP and the launch of embedded virtual cards in SAP Ariba, enabling end-to-end Procure-to-Pay capabilities. Previously, she was EVP of Product at 24/7 Software and Chief Product Officer at Entelo, where she led the integration of ConveyIQ, the intelligent engagement platform she founded and sold in 2019. Earlier in her career, Danielle worked in private equity at L Catterton and began her career in Investment Banking in the Mergers & Acquisitions at Citi, where she was a top-ranked Analyst.
Danielle holds an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Applied Economics, summa cum laude, from Cornell University. She serves on the Advisory Board of Visage and the Board of Directors of Matrix Requirements and speaks Serbian, Croatian, and Montenegrin.

Ryan Hubbard joins Tungsten Automation with more than 20 years of experience founding, scaling, and leading high‑growth software companies, including eVariant, YellowHammer, and Updater. He has successfully built and high performance engineering organizations at scale and is widely recognized for his expertise in AI‑driven development and modern software practices. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
As Executive Vice President and Head of Research & Development, Ryan will guide the company’s global engineering and R&D organization, driving the technical strategy behind Tungsten Automation’s next generation of AI‑first solutions. He will be responsible for advancing the company’s automation and platform engineering initiatives, while scaling modern development practices across distributed teams. Ryan will also focus on strengthening the company’s innovation pipeline while delivering secure, reliable, and high‑performance solutions at enterprise scale.

As Chief AI Officer, Adam leads the company’s global product vision while spearheading its enterprise-wide AI strategy. He is responsible for turning vision into value by embedding artificial intelligence across the product portfolio and business operations, ensuring innovation directly drives customer outcomes, growth, and competitive differentiation. Adam also serves as the company’s AI evangelist — guiding internal adoption, engaging with customers through initiatives like the AI Advisory Board, and representing the company in the market with analysts, investors, and partners. With nearly 30 years of experience in software automation and AI, Adam brings a unique blend of product leadership and forward-looking innovation to position the company as a market leader today and into the future.
When he’s not talking tech on a big stage, you’ll find Adam behind a camera lens, writing, playing fast-pitch softball, motorcycling, skiing, raising money in support of veterans’ causes, or coaching youth sports.

Joe Olson is Chief Customer Officer at Tungsten Automation, with a career spanning over two decades in executive leadership roles within public and private SaaS companies operating on a global scale. His extensive background includes serving as CEO, CCO, and GM, where he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to driving customer-centric strategies that align with customer needs. Olson's leadership has been instrumental in guiding various functional areas crucial to customer success, including Professional Services, Sales, Support, SaaS Operations, and Renewals. His hands-on approach and strategic vision have consistently delivered tangible results, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, while driving revenue growth.

Tamas Hevizi is the Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Marketing, responsible for shaping the company’s long-term strategy and leading its global marketing organization. In this role, Tamas drives the company's mission to deliver cutting-edge, AI-enabled solutions by expanding market leadership in intelligent automation, document intelligence, and workflow orchestration, aligning product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution to customer needs and growth priorities. Before joining Tungsten Automation, Tamas held prominent global leadership roles at Ernst & Young, SAP, and Automation Anywhere, where he developed and executed strategic initiatives that enhanced customer value and operational efficiency. With over 30 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise software, and AI-powered solutions, Tamas brings deep expertise in navigating complex technology landscapes, corporate growth, and building impactful partnerships.

David is responsible for the EMEA business at Tungsten Automation, with a career spanning two decades in senior leadership positions managing international teams. Prior to joining in 2014, David spent 18 years at Software AG, a leading German software vendor. After a number of years as UK Country Manager, David became responsible for the Latin America region, where he spent 4 years as President of the Brazil and Argentina businesses before moving to Australia to head up the APJ business. David now lives in the UK.

Gopi Kalahasthy is the Senior Vice President and Head of the Americas at Tungsten Automation, where he leads enterprise, public sector, and mid-market growth across North and South America. He partners closely with customers to modernize business processes, unlock the power of data, and enable AI-ready decisioning that drives lasting, transformative impact. With nearly two decades of leadership experience at SAP and a background spanning leadership, strategy, and product engineering roles at Citrix, Ernst & Young, and TI Automotive, Gopi brings a rare end-to-end perspective on how technology accelerates business outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani, and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.

Matthew Thomson is the Senior Vice President of Software & Solutions Sales for Asia Pacific & Japan, where he oversees market strategy and drives go‑to‑market execution. With more than 30 years of experience, Matthew has consistently driven enterprise software growth and built high‑performing, solution‑focused sales teams. He has also cultivated strong partner ecosystems across dynamic and competitive global markets. Before joining Tungsten, Matthew held senior leadership and general management roles at IBM, IBM Rational & Telelogic, VMware, and Candle Software. His work spanned Australia, Singapore, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. In these roles, he played a key role in expanding market presence and accelerating enterprise cloud software adoption. Matthew brings deep expertise in managing complex global transactions and navigating diverse regional technology landscapes. He excels at building meaningful, trust‑based relationships with clients and partners alike.

Lynne Scheid is Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She has been with Tungsten Automation since 1989. Before joining Tungsten Automation, she worked in Human Resources for Century Data Systems (a Xerox company) and Charleston Associates (eventually acquired by Anacomp). Lynne is responsible for all human resources functions. She studied Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton, and holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from University of California, Irvine.

Greg Mermis is General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs. Greg joined Tungsten Automation through the company’s acquisition by Lexmark where he had served as general counsel for the Enterprise Software business since 2012, after serving as the company’s outside counsel for many years as a shareholder in the Kansas City, Mo., office of Polsinelli PC. Greg has extensive experience in software licensing and software as a service, for both software licensors and licensees, as well as related areas such as agreements for support and maintenance, managed services and hosted services. He has represented large and small businesses in a wide variety of transactions, including corporate acquisitions, sales, financing and private equity investments, as well as investor and shareholder agreements, employment agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements and vendor and customer contracts. Greg also practiced accounting with a national accounting firm and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctorate from University of Kansas School of Law.
